Note To Self:
You have gotten so used to being defensive in a relationship, in a work environment, or with someone on your home turf that you can no longer see how easy it would be to simply walk away and start over someplace else. Don’t overlook the obvious if the reality of an unbearable situation becomes too much to bear.
